・Ponos Corporation will follow its guidelines regarding personal information (viewable at https://www.ponos.jp/privacypolicy/) which state that we will not use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling obligations to this campaign. We also will not use your information in a way that does not follow our privacy policy.
・By participating in this campaign, you agree to the rules stated on this page.
・The duration of the campaign may change without prior notice.
・We may be unable to send you your prizes if the contact information or address we are given are incorrect, so please be sure to send us the proper information when requested.
・You will be unable to change any information that you give us afterward.
・If you fail to fill in the required information or give false information, you may be removed from the drawing.
・All entries made during the campaign window will be entered in for drawing.

[Entry and invalidation from the campaign]
・We may remove your entry from the campaign for any of the following reasons:
ーIf your actions are in violation of the rules that we have laid out on this page
ーIf you have falsified any information while entering this campaign
ーIf we do not receive your information by the due date
ーIf we are unable to send your prize to you because of an error in the address we are given
ーIf we have determined that your entry is invalid for other reasons not stated above

Please note that the anniversary event in-game and this campaign begin and end on different dates. You will need a Facebook account to enter into the drawing. You will not be able to choose your gift should your name be drawn. If you create multiple accounts to try to gain multiple entries into the campaign, your entries will be invalidated.

We will not exchange, repair or accept returns for any prizes you receive. You must accept the prize as given, and you are not allowed to transfer or sell your prize to another person, whether for profit or otherwise. If we have determined your entry to be falsified or inappropriate in any other way, we reserve the right to invalidate it. We will not accept any responsibility for any losses you may incur while entering into and participating in this campaign.

If we discover that you have made any correspondence with us in relation to this campaign available publicly (through social media, forums, email, etc.) or taken any other actions that we deem inappropriate, we reserve the right to invalidate your entry.

This campaign is not run by, or otherwise supported by Meta. Meta is not involved with this camaign. Please send any questions you may have about the campaign to Ponos Corporation. Meta will take no responsibility for anything involving this campaign. Please direct any questions you may have to Ponos Corporation's customer support address. We will not be answering any questions concerning whether a specific entry has won or not.
